ACCOMMODATIONS
If you are looking to find a hotel for your trip, we will start with a consultation. Afterwards, I will provide a complimentary proposal with 3 hotel options that are within your top preferences.
If you require more hotel options, there will be a $25 charge to accommodate my research time.
flights
You may always book your own airfare. If you have points, USE them!
I charge a $5 fee/per traveler to book flights and check them in to their flights for their trip. (Check-ins happen 24-hours before your expected departure) Your flight documents become ready after check-in.
A package deal that includes flights with your accommodations will not incur a fee from Love, Tims Travel. If you would like flight check-ins provided, a $3 fee/per traveler is required.
*New clients will receive complimentary flight booking and flight check-ins.
itineraries
Everyone will receive a simple itinerary for their trip! This is a digital document that can be viewed as a pdf or printed.
If you would like to a detailed itinerary including: flight, hotel, restaurant reservations, tours, transportation, etc. with specific times for your trip, there will be a $25 fee.
